Installation Guide (Mechanical Screw-Fix)

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate (concrete, pavers, tile) is clean, flat, and free of debris.

2. Layout & Alignment: Position the FRP/GRP tiles to ensure proper alignment and contrast requirements according to accessibility codes.

3. Drilling: Mark through the pre-drilled fixing holes on the tile. Drill corresponding anchor holes into the substrate using a masonry drill bit.

4. Anchor Placement: Insert appropriate heavy-duty masonry anchors into the drilled substrate holes.

5. Fastening: Position the tile back over the holes and drive stainless steel countersunk screws flush into the tile surface.

6. Final Check: Ensure all tiles are securely anchored flat against the substrate without rocking or lip hazard.
